Organized by Smart Vision Group, this summit is the intersection of digital marketing and the financial trading world — speakers include C-level executives from global Forex brokers, performance marketing specialists, and influencer marketing leaders. The platform manages the full event lifecycle: public website, speaker profiles, sponsor listings, online registration, QR ticket generation, and real-time door scanning on event day.

A full-featured event showcase website — speaker and special guest profiles, all sponsor listings by tier, sponsorship package details with benefits, floor plan image, promo video, registration CTA, and WhatsApp live chat for direct contact with the Smart Vision team.
The summit features both a Speakers section (industry executives presenting keynotes and panels) and a separate Special Guests section for VIP attendees and celebrity figures in the influencer world. Both managed from the admin dashboard with profile photos, bio, company affiliation, and title.
The most sophisticated sponsorship system in this platform portfolio — 8 tiers from Royal down to Official Sponsor, each with its own benefits, booth size, branding visibility, and promotional inclusions. A floor plan shows booth locations per tier. Companies apply online, with all applications reviewed in the admin dashboard.
A comprehensive role-based admin dashboard for the Smart Vision team — manage speaker profiles, special guests, sponsor applications, attendee registrations, QR ticket issuance, door scanner monitoring, and event-day reporting. All public website content (speakers, sponsors, packages, floor plan, promo video) is managed from this single panel.
Attendees register through the website — upon successful submission, the system auto-generates a branded PDF ticket with a unique UUID QR code and emails it instantly. On event day at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, door staff use the scanner app — instant green (valid, first scan) or red (already scanned / invalid) result, one-use enforcement, and a live scan count and attendee list in the admin dashboard.

Unlike standard event platforms with 3-4 sponsor tiers, AFF Summit required 8 distinct tiers — each with its own unique benefits (booth size, branding placements, speaking slots, social media mentions, website logo position, and more). Designing a flexible data model that lets the Smart Vision team manage all tiers and their benefits from the admin dashboard without code changes required careful schema design and a dynamic rendering system.
This event uniquely separates participants into Speakers (who present sessions) and Special Guests (VIP attendees and celebrity influencers). Both required separate profile management interfaces in the admin, separate public website sections, and different data fields — speakers link to session topics while special guests link to their influence domain. Maintaining clean separation while using a unified management interface required careful admin UX design.
The Ritz-Carlton DIFC hosts C-suite executives, high-net-worth individuals, and global brand directors. The public website needed to convey a premium, world-class feel commensurate with this caliber of venue and audience — requiring a polished design, high-quality imagery, smooth animations, and a conversion-optimized registration and sponsor application flow that matched the expectations of a sophisticated global audience.
