Ellaithy Auto Group — Employee App
A dedicated internal employee mobile application for Ellaithy Auto Group — Egypt's leading car dealership group (ellaithy.com.eg). The app empowers sales reps and showroom staff with a full digital toolkit: lead management, car inventory browser, sales pipeline, customer follow-up, attendance check-in, and team performance dashboards — all tailored for the automotive sales environment.
Project Overview
Ellaithy Auto Group (اللايثي أوتو جروب) is one of Egypt's leading car dealership groups, operating through ellaithy.com.eg — offering an extensive inventory of new cars from over 20 international brands including BYD, MG, Audi, Kia, Renault, JAC, Jeep, and more. The group provides instant delivery options, flexible installment plans (up to 8 years), and instant financing approvals for Egyptian customers.
To support their large salesforce and showroom staff, I developed a dedicated internal employee mobile application. The app gives every employee — from sales reps to showroom managers — a single, purpose-built tool to manage their daily workflow: tracking customer leads, browsing the full car inventory with specs, recording and following up on customer interactions, submitting attendance and leave requests, viewing their sales targets and commission progress, and receiving team announcements and updates.

Challenges & Solutions
Car stock changes constantly — new arrivals, sold units, color variants going out of stock. Solved with a caching layer on the Laravel backend and pull-to-refresh in the Flutter app, ensuring employees always see accurate, up-to-date availability.
Sales reps, team supervisors, and showroom managers each need a different view of data and different permissions. Implemented full RBAC at the API level — each token carries role claims, and the Flutter app renders appropriate screens and hides restricted actions dynamically.
The entire workforce communicates in Arabic, and standard LTR UI patterns feel unnatural. Designed the app with RTL layout from the ground up — Arabic typography, right-aligned navigation, Arabic date formats, and localized number formatting for Egyptian audiences.
