Project Overview
Future Nurseries Group (FNG) is a nursery management and parent communication platform developed by Syscom Technologies for the Lebanese early-education market. The platform bridges the gap between nursery classrooms and families — giving parents a secure, private window into their child's daily learning journey from drop-off to pick-up.
The ecosystem consists of a Flutter mobile app for parents and a full web-based admin dashboard for nursery staff. Parents browse classroom posts, read announcements, filter by grade or date, and receive push notifications — all through a clean, child-friendly interface designed for busy families.

Technical Challenges
Multiple families share the same platform — each parent sees only their child's content while staff publish to entire grade groups. This required scoped content delivery with guardian-child relationship enforcement at every API endpoint.
Activity posts are media-rich — photos and video clips uploaded by staff. Delivering a smooth mobile feed required optimized compression, lazy loading, and efficient pagination to stay fast as the archive grows across the school year.
Parents rely on notifications to stay informed. Ensuring reliable delivery across iOS and Android — through background restrictions, battery-saver settings, and varying network conditions — required robust FCM implementation with proper fallback handling.
